Please use both the Xbar/R method and the ANOVA method (just the ANOVA Table).

Use the example in the week 3 folder as a guide. An Excel template is provided for you week 3 folder for easy calculations.

Use 6 sigma to convert the sigma of EV or AV to EV/AV span for Xbar/R Method

In the Xbar/R study, please follow the guidelines used in the example. Be sure to calculate repeatability and reproducibility, Gage GRR, as well as part to part (PV) and total variation (TV) 5.15 sigma span and their percentages of total variation.

Use ANOVA table F test to test significance of Operators and Machines without interactions.
