Under the direction of the Division Administrative Support Bureau Chief (SSM II), the Staff Services Manager I leads and oversees a team of analysts responsible for all Division fiscal and budgetary support functions, including fiscal impact of proposed legislation. The incumbent oversees budget information relative to CCLD operations and plays a critical role in the preparation of budget change proposals (BCPs); fiscal analyses; Federal, Departmental, and Division reports; data analyses to accurately forecast staffing needs, expenditures, and revenues for CCLD; and policy development.
