1. Please develop a new strategy proposal to improve the competitiveness of Amazon and Alibaba. The proposal should include a strategy statement and two supporting strategies (actions) at the functional, business, or corporate level. The strategy statement should be in the format described by Collis and Rukstad (2008): describe the strategy's objective, scope, and advantage. The two supporting strategies will expand on this strategic statement/plan. Please the strategies proposed should be compatible with the organization's situation.

 

2. Discuss how the strategy should be implemented. Given that various stakeholders may support or undermine formulated strategies, please consider how different stakeholders may respond and what support may be needed.
