a$.$ You must save your project using your initials in the name. $**$This is required and the project will not be accepted otherwise.

b$.$ Create a comment section at the beginning of the code with the name of the assignment, purpose of the assignment, and your name. $**$This is required for the assignment to be accepted.

c$.$ Create a comment section after your name to include the following statement: $$I will not use code that was never covered in class or in our textbook. If you do you must be able to explain your code when asked by the professor. Using code outside of the resources provided, it can be flagged and reported as an academic integrity violation if there is any suspicion of copying$/$cheating$.**$This is required for the assignment to be accepted.

$2.$ Source in the database provided by your instructor.

$3.$ Create a dataset from this database.

$4.$ Create a Data form using the database file.

a$.$ Use textboxes and not a data grid.

b$.$ Update the backcolor to a picture of your choice.

c$.$ Update the backcolor and forecolor of the buttons.

d$.$ Use appropriate naming conventions for controls.

e$.$ Lock the controls on the form.

f$.$ If you have an amount text box it must be formatted to currency.

$5.$ Create a Try Catch for the Save Item Click and create a message box for the Changes saved and the Exception if not saved.

$6.$ You are to create $5$ SQL Queries $($SELECT which returns rows$)$ using the query builder. These queries are your choice and you must have a button or a combo box drop down for the user to select.

$7.$ The close button closes the application.
