Omegas does not currently have a website and could benefit greatly from developing one. Before people try a new restaurant, they often look at their website to explore the menu, read customer reviews and learn more about the business. If the restaurant had a website, the website, in addition to social media, would be great drivers for promotions as well as a way for customers to contact, engage, review and be a part of Omegas and Commerces community. When Omegas creates a website, it is important that they ensure the site is easy to navigate and allows customers to easily find and view the menu, find business information such as their backstory, hours, directions, delivery availability (I.e., direct delivery, Uber Eats, Doordash, etc.), and provides links to all of the restaurant's social media pages. Not everyone is on social media or uses social media as a tool to look for restaurants, therefore a website could be their central online presence that can provide customers with all of the restaurant's important information. In addition, with being very active on social media already, you have an easy marketing tool to promote the new website. When Omegas creates a website, they should also design a way that customers could have the opportunity to not only view the menu but order online through their website that they could find connected to their social media accounts or online.
