Name the empowering legislation and cite it properly. Include all applicable statutes, regulations and rules.

3. The Application Process

This section is one of the longer sections. Describe the application process, including all the required steps. This should read like a guide to the process. Describe the information that is required to be provided by each party, including considerations such as confidentiality and privilege. All the important requirements and deadlines should be described, but not every detailed technicality needs to be included - use your judgement.

4.The Parties and Participants

Who are the parties and the adjudicators? Note that this is parties and participants. Who will be at the hearing? Are intervenors allowed or common? Is it open to the public? Are family members/ support persons allowed if the public is not? Is witness testimony heard? Are experts permitted or common? Are interpreters permitted? Is tribunal staff usually in attendance?
