1. Read the case study and analyse the main data and information in the case - Tropical Fruit Research Institute.(The case is attached) 2. Using the report structure outlined in the Subject Outline, write a proposal (using the report format provided) to the board to assist the CEO on performance management recommendations; Case Question "To assist the CEO to gain approval from the Board, write a proposal with advice and recommendations for the design and implementation of an improved Performance and Reward Management System for TFRI. Note:In case study analysis you can use other literature sources to support your analysis and recommendations. The lecture notes are also there to guide you. REPORT FORMAT: 1. Title Page 2. Executive Summary - In less than 200 words summarise the current Performance Management practices and issues in the case study. Write a brief overview of the recommended Performance Management System. 3. Table of Contents -Set the scene: give some background information about the topic. State the aim/purpose of the report; and outline the main sections. Main Section 4.
