Refer to the needs analysis process in Figure 3.1 and explain its use and relevance for the mandatory security guard training program Many significant aspects of the needs analysis process are connected to the required security program me. The initial stage is to determine the training requirem ents, which is prom pted by a problem. Security guards who were not adequately trained and trained on use of force, giving first aid and CPR, proper use of gear, power of arrest, and communications were the source of concern in this case study. People were suffering the repercussions and losing their lives because of lack of training within those areas. The inquiry made 22 suggestions to reform to security industry agencies . the government introduced and updated private security and investigate services act. it was very im portant to fix the training program for security guards and bouncers so they are better equipped to handle situation. All parties must be involved in the requirements analysis process since their support is critical from the start. To guarantee that the data collection yields reliable information, and the programme is effective, all parties must buy into the demands of the analytical process. The director and registrar of the Ministry of Private Security and Investigative Services, as well as security guard employers, were consulted and involved in the requirements analysis process as part of the case study. The organisational, task, and person levels are the three levels of analysis . After all of the information was gathered, the data's outcomes were evaluated. The outcomes establish where training was needed in the organisation, and what kind of training is needed, and who all required it. The ministry introduced the basic Training and Testing Regulation in April 2010. This consist of 40 hours of classroom instruction
