1. Research the company . Give a brief summary of the company. This should include a description of the company's economic environment, the main competitors, the ownership structure, their position in the industry, and any major legal or social factors affecting the company (if relevant). 

2. Perform a financial statement analysis of the company over the 4 year period ending 2022.
