Based on the past data, it is observed that 8 ships arrive there per day, on an average, and it takes 5 hours to unload a ship on an average, with a standard deviation of 4 hours. When more than one unloading facilities are in use, assume that arrivals are equally divided for each unloading facility and the system comprises of all unloading facilities.

Determine the following: a. Minimum number of unlading facilities.

b. Probability (each unloading facility is idle)

c. Probability (each unloading facility is busy)

d. Probability of 2 ships in the system and 4 ships in the system
