$1$st Excel$/$Sheets Assignment

For this project, we will be creating a basic Excel$/$Sheets spreadsheet. Open a blank Excel or Sheets file and add the data from the table on row $6($there should be $5$ empty rows above$),$ also, include the

current year and "Add" $($use the SUM tool$)$ for Units & Unit Cost Figures to establish the Total. Read all information along with use spell check for errors, see additional directions below:

Select the entire top row of text and change the font to Arial, $14$ point font size, bold and change color to blue.

Select the remaining rows and change their font to Arial, font size at $14.$

Adjust the column widths so that all content is on one line and not broken up$.$

Make sure all of the content in column $A($the Order Date Column$)$ is aligned to the right.

Insert a Header: NO Header when using Excel $365($Free Web App$).$ If using Excel $($MS Desktop Version$)$ Footer $-1$st section$-$add your name $($first$/$last$),$ middle section$-$class time or class number and date in

last section

Using Sheets$-$click Print, select Header section, click the option for Workbook Title, Worksheet Name & Current Date $($hit Cancel once finished as you are not printing$-$the Header will stay on the page$)$

Center align the content in columns $B,C,$ and $D$

Align the content in columns $E,F,$ and $G$ to the right

Add Units and Unit Cost figures to column G $($use Auto Sum tool to complete the formula$)$

Add borders $($change color to blue$)$ on the whole spreadsheet, as sample

Select Columns A$1$ thru G$4($range A$1$:GH$4)$ and Merge all cells

Fill Merge cells in color blue & type the Title: "Sales Form" in white color: font$-$Impact or bold font, size $36$ pt$.,$ Center alignment$/$Vertical alignment

Save and Name this Workbook: Add with Prior Worksheets or Create New: Workbook Projects$\_$date$\_$first initial$+$last name and submit project here
