$1)$ Take off all the quantities, in accordance with the Hong Kong Standard Method of Measurement of Building Works, Fourth Edition Revised $2018,$ in dimension paper for electrical, mechanical and air conditioning works as shown in drawings MVAC & ELEC $001$ and MVAC & ELEC $002.2)$ Prepare Bills of Quantities for the works measured in item $1)$ above. Pricing of the Bills of Quantities are not required. $3)$ Submit the measurement measured in item $1)$ and the Bills of Quantities in item $2).$
