$1.$ The Start $/$ Stop station will be used to start and stop the operation for SAFETY at any time.

$2.$ When the Start button is initially pressed, Solenoid A energizes open, to allow a liquid chemical to fill the tank.

$3.$ As the tank fills, the Empty level sensor switch will close.

$4.$ When the tank gets full, the Full level sensor switch closes, de$-$energizing Solenoid $\backslash ($ A $\backslash )$ stopping the liquid.

$5.$ The agitate motor will then start automatically and run for $5$ seconds to mix the liquid in the tank.

$6.$ As the agitate motor runs an Audible$/$Visual Alarm will blink to warn users that the mixer is running.

$7.$ When the agitate motor stops, Solenoid B automatically energizes open to empty the tank.

$8.$ When the tank is completely empty, the Empty sensor switch opens to de$-$energize Solenoid B$.$

$-2.$ The Start button must be pressed to repeat the sequence.

$10.$ The EPA says that we need to keep track of how many total gallons have been produced through our mixing process. Each time the tank is full, and the agitator mixes the product, it mixes $50$ gallons of chemicals. Keep the total value of ALL mixed chemical product in Register N$7$:$0.$

$11.10$ points will be deducted for not downloading anything on to the PLC$.$
