1. Using your present and reviewed knowledge, write down an ad for a job. This job is for the general manager of a bookstore/pub called Books & Brews. Make the ad as short as possible. Remember, there is a difference between a job description and a job ad.

2. Answer the following question: Do you agree with the following statement? Explain your reasons.

Finding ways to manage workplace stress is about focusing on the one thing that's always within one's control: us. It is important to remember that as an Entrepreneur you will be a role model for your employees.

Please note that In order to fully answer the above question you will need to list at least two successful strategies in managing stressors in your professional life-so, be ready to disclose and use the knowledge accumulated in this module.

Additional guidance for those who might need it:

Imagine one or two moments of high stress that you experienced recently. These would be moments when being calm, energized and focused seemed impossible. What led to these moments? List these specific stressors that you feel contributed to your stress. Next, recall all the successful strategies you employed. You will not have to share all the details with your class, but you may benefit from listing them in your Learning Journal (highly recommended).

3. Now you are ready to think aboutwhat were the most effective strategies that you have developed so far for dealing with these stressors. Please refer to the reading file in this module to expand on your personal and professional experience.

While reading other students' strategies please comment on the strategies according to intensity, duration, potential for repetition (resilience building), and accessibility for other individuals.
