2) Predicting and recognizing trends require forecasting methods and their use. For your paper, you are identifying trends related to your topic. Where are those trends established using these forecasting methods? Are the trends you specified based on source materials or your personal opinion, and how did you decide that those trends are valid? Was there conflicting information in the literature about these predictions, and how did you resolve the conflicts?

My topic is: My research focused on public health professionals' careers (education) and leadership requirements. I will also bring in the history behind the area of The Public Health Service (PHS), which is the operating division of the Health and Human Services Department (HHS) responsible for facilitating the safety and improvement of the American population's physical and mental well-being. I also brought in information about the several sub-PHS agencies or Operating Divisions. I thought that with this information, I could interestingly convey my thoughts to understand this vital field better.
