1) What is scope management and why is it an important role of the project manager? Provide an example of a problem that could occur is a project's scope is not clearly defined early in the project lifecycle.

2) You are managing a project team of 4 members that have recently begun working on a project. They quickly decided on a course of action on the project, but now one member has had second thoughts about the current plan. They have started insisting that they should take over the design work for the project as they have more background than the member who is currently in charge of it. What type of conflict is this? What would you do as the project manager

3) You are planning a meeting to discuss a policy change at the university that will affect all members of the campus community. This change is controversial and people on all sides of the proposed change feel strongly about it. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom but you have several choices in how the meeting is run.
