They quickly decided on a course of action on the project, but now one member has had second thoughts about the current plan. They have started insisting that they should take over the design work for the project as they have more background than the member who is currently in charge of it. What type of conflict is this? 3) You are planning a meeting to discuss a policy change at the university that will affect all members of the campus community.
