Your guy is a Black Male who is a devote Black Muslim his name is Hayward X. He was stopped for speeding by two white police officers. Witnesses state they saw the officers pull Hayward from the car and beat him and kick him. During the officer's assault Hayward took one of the officers firearms and shot and killed them both. He has fled the scene and is has been located on the campus of FGCU and has barricaded himself in a classroom in AB3, which is believed to be full of students. He is not responding to UPD.
