Marcia's Dry Cleaning Case Description Marcia's Dry Cleaning is an upscale dry cleaner in Clinton Twp. Since the competition is so fierce, she stands out from her competitors by offering superior customer service. Currently she keeps track of her customers in an Excel spreadsheet but has noticed that there are certain problems when trying to keep records in Excel. Namely she complains of multiple addresses and other contact information for her customers.
