Final Bid Summary sheet showing Direct Cost, Project Overhead Costs, Main office Overhead Cost and Profit (see example Table 1) b. Direct Cost Summary sheet, including calculations (example Table 2) (handwritten are OK) c. Project overhead costs, including Time Variable and Time Constant (example Table 3) d. Calculation and allocation of main office overhead (example 4) 3. Schedule submissions a. Activity on Node network with Finish-Start relationships only. Activity count should total 40-50 activities. Use full workdays as activity duration, not fractions. Perform all Forward and Backward Pass calculations, mark the Critical Path, and list Total Float and Free Float b. Create a Bar or Gantt chart with Free Float shown and Critical Path marked Note: consider this as the first attempt schedule using only Finish/Start relationships.
