1. Write a program that reads in the average monthly rainfall for each month of the year, for one year. The program then prints out a table showing the rainfall for each of the months, with the month names and the rainfall for that month, as well as how much above or below average the rainfall was for each month. Store the names of the months in an array. In a separate array store the input from the user, which is the rainfall for each month.
