Term Report TERM RESEARCH REPORT (30 points) The required legal research topic for the research paper is: "What are the benefits or limitations (problems) of having U.C.C. apply to your sales contract as opposed to state common law on contracts. What are the complications of a service contract? Create a sample 1-page contract for the sale of imaginary product between a selling company and a purchaser, and then write a paper discussing and answering the above question. This is a legal research and analysis report. You should cite and apply 6 statutes (or portions of statutes) or common law on each side of the issue.
