1.1 A failure mode and effect analysis was performed on an electric power train assembly that will be produced for a multinational electric vehicle manufacturer. The analysis resulted in the identification of eight possible failure modes as detailed in the below table. 1.1.1 Calculate the Risk Priority Number (RPN) for each failure mode. 1.1.2 Develop a control plan for the four most critical failure modes
