This can include appliances, vending machines, self-serve kiosks (services, government), information booths, ATMS... - basically anything except a phone or computer. Take a picture of the interface. Look at the interface and think how intuitive it is to use. Think about: What kind of affordances (things you interact with, buttons, labels, indicator lights, etc.) does the interface provide or need to provide? Is it hand/finger interaction ready? How long do you have to think to figure out the necessary steps to complete a task? Is the sequence of steps logical? Does the order of steps make sense?
