At the time of the sale Mubarak was 16 years of age but he misrepresented to be a major. Mubarak trashed the truck on a tree and thereafter the engine of the truck was not in a good condition. After the truck broke down Mubarak sought to rescind the sale on grounds that he lacked legal capacity to enter the contract at the time of the sale. a) Examine whether there is a valid contract between Mubarak and Suhail Bhawan with the help of supporting case law?
