Description: You have recently opened your own project management consulting company and have hired 4 full-time project managers: Sarah, Steve, Simon, and Serena. The VP of Operations for a company by the name of CITYPLACE has hired your company to oversee the construction of a new condominium development that is located near the Rogers Centre, and will be targeting a young business professional clientele. Due to the significance of this project you will personally be overseeing the project managers, initiating the project, and overseeing its results. Your company will be hiring and managing construction professionals, workers, brick layers, & machinery operators to get the job done. The design, marketing, customer service, sales and engineering departments from CITYPLACE, they all will be contributing their input and expertise into what will be required for this development.
