computer accessed, and computer generated, multidimensional, artificial or virtual reality."

Critically analyse the complexities of the cyberspace communication and how do you

think the international communities tried to regulate or set norms for the regulation of

cyberspace.

B) "E-Commerce has almost redefined the existing way of doing business. However, there are

challenges overpowering this sector and one of which is inadequate and inefficient regulatory

framework. The Information Technology Act, 2000 is just an enabling Act and nothing much."

In the light of the above statement, discuss the problems and challenges that are faced

by the electronic commerce industry in spite of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Also give

your view as to how the Information Technology Act, 2000 can regulate electronic commerce

more efficiently.
