received the online acknowledgement of the said process along with the vehicle registration

number. It was said that after around 45 days, the registration certificate will be delivered to him

by post. Mr. ABC waited for 3 months and even then, he did not receive the said registration

certificate and on approaching the concerned officials, the Transport Commissioner stated that

the certificate was not posted because the application process failed to comply with the statutory
