(1)Create a folder temp and go into it (As a rule of thumb, dont do the chmod command on the home directory) 

Use chmod x . (pay attention to the .) to change permissions on the temp directory. Then try to create and remove a file in the current directory. What happens and why? 

(2)Create a file with permission 000, you may or may not be able to delete the file. Explain how both situations can happen. 

(3)What happens when you invoke the command ln foo bar if (i) bar doesnt exist, (ii) bar exists as an ordinary file, (iii) bar exists as a directory?
