1.The attached UN's Official Document relates to the Draft Articles of the International Law Commission (ILC) on the responsibility of international organizations for the internationally wrongful act which was adopted by the commission in 2011.

2.Outline the most important principles and rules that these Articles came up as a basis for raising the responsibility of International organizations either in its relation with states or other international organizations.

Adopted by the International Law Commission at its sixty-third session, in 2011, and

submitted to the General Assembly as a part of the Commission's report covering the

work of that session (A/66/10, para. 87). The report will appear in Yearbook of the

International Law Commission, 2011, vol. II, Part Two.
