1-)Write a C program that interprets its two arguments as references of files and returns the value: -1 if the number of parameters is not correct; 0 if the two references correspond to two different nodes of the file management system; 1 if they correspond to the same node; 2 if an error is encountered in calls to the stat primitive.

2-) Write a C program which copies the file given in argument character by character on standard output, only if the file given in argument is a regular file (in using the fstat function).
