1.Your supervisor had given you the responsibility to prepare a half yearly preventive equipment maintenance schedule for the period of July Dec 2022, to be given to 'biomedical department'. Prepare a schedule of minimum 10 operating theatre equipment you handle as a theatre technician (which you know by now with the name).

Considerations :As per the ongoing departmental system every Thursday & Friday are the scheduled maintenance dates and the most important equipment (as per your list) will be serviced on 1st week of the month and the less important one in the 4th week. They only do 2 machines per day, as external companies will be involved in some cases. Maintenance should be planned on the basis of the daily usage frequency .Prepare the priority schedule with all the correct information, so that the department can complete the PM service needs within the month of Dec 2022..

2.You have been requested by your Incharge to lodge a series of maintenance requests. You have noticed that the following items requires maintenance and needs segregation first.

Ceiling panels in Th-8, Air Conditioning system Alarming in Th-5, Computer system Th-3, Broken Chair (Hydraulic Systems), Loose electrical socket, Anaesthetic Machine, Broken Window shutters, Broken Arm Board, Operating Table Hand Control, Harmonic Scalpel, Ceiling Lights in Tech Store room, Warming Cupboard Temperature issue, Faulty SCD's etc.

Based on the 13 maintenance requests needed, please segregate the jobs based on the nature of the job/equipment and which requests will be dealt by which maintenance department.
