There is a new RFLP locus identified for Brassica rapa named Park $13.$ Below are the two possible alleles for this locus: SnpT and SnpS$.$ Both alleles are the same total length $(1200bp!!),$ but they have different restriction enzyme cut sites when digested with BamHI. You will answer each question showing ALL work and draw the bands that would be expected if the DNA was run on a gel. $(50$ points total$)$

Use the information below to determine the bands that would be seen for Lanes A $-$ F$.$ For each question below also answer: $(1)$ how many fragment$($s$)$ of DNA would be expected, $(2)$ each fragment length, and $(3)$ the number of band$($s$)$ that would be seen on the gel. Remember the total number of fragments from the digest$/$PCR amplification might not be the same as seen on a gel.
