$3\mathrm{.}1.$ Process Identification and description $[1$ Mark$].$ Based on the description of the company you have previously described identify a process that requires some integration. The scope of this integration should be limited to processes that span $3-4$ business units$/$lanes and involve at least $4$ actors. Some example of processes are:

Sales Order Entry

Shipping and Freight claims

Disaster recovery procedures

Bill of materials etc.

The processes must include an integration scenario i$.$e$.$ some collaboration$/$exchange of information with an entity external to the organization. The process you have identified must be accompanied by a detailed narrative description.

$3\mathrm{.}2.$ Business Process Modelling Notation $($BPMN$)[7$ Marks$].$ For the process you have identified in the previous section draw a process model using BPMN$.$ Use a professional BPMN drawing tool to design the processes.

$3\mathrm{.}3.$ Process Performance Management $($BPM$)[7$ Marks$].$ For each process, implement time and cost analysis, calculate the process cycle time and then estimate the cost of the process $($i$.$e$.$ Annual volume of awards, FTE and labor cost$)$

$3\mathrm{.}4.$ Process Evaluation Summary $[1$ Mark$].$ After you have completed the performance evaluation for each process, create a summary that outlines your findings. In particular expose possible problems, you have identified and suggest probable improvements.
