After the dealer drew up the original purchase order, the paperwork was redone multiple times: sometimes by the dealer, other times by the credit union financing part of the purchase price. These are the events that required new paperwork:

a. The original car was supposed to be built at the end of June and delivered in July. Another car became available and the Thomases decided to buy it instead.

b. The Thomases decided at their next visit to add some options, including a kayak rack.

c. Later that day, they reworked their finances and decided to add $3,000 to their down payment. d. The credit union misspelled one of the names on the loan documents.
