Billy offered to sell his car to Jimmy for Tk.500,000 and stated that he would assume that Jimmy had accepted his offer unless he informed Billy to the contrary. Jimmy has not been in contact with Billy but he has contacted his bank manager and agreed a loan to purchase a car. b. Billy offered to sell a consignment of bricks to Jimmy subject to his terms and conditions which stated that Jimmy would be responsible for collecting the bricks. Jimmy accepted the offer, subject to his terms and condition which stated that Billy would be responsible for delivery of the Bricks. Billy still possesses the Bricks. c. Billy offered to sell his golf clubs to Jimmy. Jimmy immediately replied by letter accepting Billy's offer but, due to his carelessness in wrongly addressing the letter, the acceptance never reached Billy. 2.
