PPT CONTENT: $*$Create a $12-15-$minute PowerPoint presentation that presents the Employee Handbook. To prepare, each team will do the following:

$$ Within the presentations, the team should do the following:

o Include a brief overview of the necessity of ONLY the key issues that your campaign will

address

o Be sure to focus on issues that would affect HR in a business environment and the

importance of standard operating procedures and employee handbook

$$ Be sure that the employee Handbook highlights at least $5-7$ HRM issues that your group has

identified in the scenario

$$ Be sure to create the new policies that would address these issues for the employee handbook

$$ Be sure the policies address the company$$s overall vision and goal $-$these are created by the

group

$$ The policies should also provide clear guidance of expectations as well as clarity on the

outcomes that would be implemented for failure to adhere to the policies
