$2.$ Team activity: Constructing an imaging system

Prepare this activity during your section. You may split up the work, but the entire team should agree on a consolidated version before submission.

Consider an object in front of a convex lens. The object is placed closer to the lens than the focal length. This will result in a virtual image on the same side of the lens as the object itself; we have seen that already in activity $1.$

Our objective is to add a concave mirror, such that the final image is located behind the lens, with respect to the object. This image should be reduced and inverted, with respect to the object.

Present your solution below, and include the following:

$-$ A sketch including the object, the lens, and the mirror.

$-$ A ray diagram that clearly shows where the final image is formed,

$-$ A calculation of the position and size of the final image.

$-$ A brief discussion on how you approached the problem and found the solution.
