Instructions: Step 1: Contact the most senior person in an organization responsible for training and development and arrange for a brief interview to discuss the organization's training and development strategy and how it relates to the organizational strategy. You will want to come away from the interview with a clear sense of the following: 1. What are the organization's vision/mission and values statements and how do they relate to the training and development strategy? 2. Provide at least three specific examples of alignment and the benefits overall to the organization, and the employees. 3.
