A Force $F$ of $20kN$ is applied to the steering wheel below. What is the moment of the force about point $O(M_{z0})?$ Calculate in two ways:

$($a$)$ Calculate the moment magnitude using the product of the perpendicular components of the Force $F$ and its position vector. Then use the RHR to determine whether it is a positive or negative moment, and write the vector notation of the moment $M_z$

$($b$)$ Calculate the moment using the cross product of the position vector and the Force vector. Provide the Moment in vector notation. Confirm that the moment you calculate here matches the answer you achieved in $($a$).$
