$2.$ Up$-$Down Counter $($CTD$)$Design an Up$/$Down counter Circuit where pushing the Green PB at I:$0$ causes the counter to increment the count and flash the RED light at O:$4$ ; and pushing the Green PB at I:$1$ causes the counter to decrement the count and flash the RED light at O:$5.$ Once the total count reaches $5$ the counter will not increment further $($pushing the PB at I:$0$ will no longer increase the count and the light at O:$4$ will not come on$,$ but the counter can still be decremented with the other PB$.$ A manual switch $($I:$8)$ can be used to reset the count to zero at any time.
