2. Your company has decided to provide transport facility to its employees from next month on a nominal payment of Tk. 500 per month. This is an optional facility. The interested persons may fill in a form and authorize the Department of Finance and Accounts to deduct TK.500/- from their salary every month on account of the transport payment should they agree to avail themselves of the facility. As Head of HR Department, please issue a Memorandum informing the employees on the above decision and also to authorize the Department of Finance & Accounts for the deduction of the amounts in question. 5 Marks 2.
