What are the tasks your team needs to accomplish? Will you have a team leader? If so, who? Why is this person qualified to be the team leader? What are this person's responsibilities? How will you proceed if the team leader is unable to meet those responsibilities? What will be the roles of team members? (project manager, researchers, editor, writer, designer, etc.) How do you plan to divide the work among the team? Why did you choose to divide the work the way you did? When will meetings take place?
