Prepare a project planning document using ASTA Powerproject Software to prepare a construction programme GANTT chart (tender stage) comprising of a minimum of 80 activities incorporating at least the following:

1. A project calendar clearly identifying all public holidays and other non-working periods.

2. A consolidated Work breakdown Structure (WBS) assigned to programme activities.

3. You may create your programme to include detail including but not limited to the following sections:

Ground works & early site establishment,

Major construction works. (avoid repetitive/floor by floor etc.),

Internal & External services, Internal & external finishings,

External works.

4. All activities should have a Contractor or Subcontractors created and assigned to them to identify those activities belonging to the main contractor or to subcontractor work packages.

5. Activities may be fully resourced with labour and plant where appropriate.

6. Critical path, float & milestones must be shown to suit your contract schedule.

7. Baseline to be shown where appropriate
