Purpose

This assignment is intended to help you learn to practice selecting and using change application tools.

Action Items

Identify an organizational change problem that you are currently confronting.

Select two tools from the list that potentially appear to be useful in working on your change problem.

Apply the tools to your problem.

Prepare a $2-$page paper that:

Describes the change problem you selected to use.

Indicates which tools you choose to use and why you selected them.

Shows the results of the application of your selected tools.

Tells what you learned from the application to the two tools. Did the two selected tools complement or detract from a creative solution?
