Questions for Discussion
Is Ferguson's industry and company an appropriate venue to engage business? Some might argue that in attempting to create change, he is compromising his beliefs and likely has to contribute to producing products that are damaging. Others might argue that every industry, company and/or job in a broken world has something wrong with it, so what Ferguson is doing is not all that unusual in terms of its moral content. And, what better place for a light to shine than in one that is "dark" (the biblical examples of Nehemiah, Joseph, and Daniel come to mind).
What do you think of the way that Ferguson attempts to balance his Christian beliefs and the lyrics of some of the music that the label produces? Do you agree with his view of his business? Or is this a kind of business that you would have difficulty staying involved in for the long term? Answer the question
