A major construction project in West Texas has been assigned to you as your first job. The job requires the delivery of concrete mixes $m^3$ to four Sites $(1-4$; that are not near each other$)$ as shown in the table below. The concrete mixes may be obtained from three $(3)$ competing suppliers: PVmix, QKmix and FSTmix. The procurement costs from each supplier are provided in the cost matrix below. Due to contractual restrictions, Site $1$ cannot procure more than $1700m^3$ of concrete mix from PVmix and FSTmix combined. In addition, if any of the Sites cannot source enough concrete mix from PVmix, QKmix and FSTmix, the remaining requirement for that Site must be made up from an outside "roving" source as shown in the last row of the second table below.
