Data was collected using primary data, deferent sources were used surveys, interviews and questionnaires, focus group and observation,

Taherdoost$(2021).$ Data was measured in the following methods, for qualitative data interviews, and focus groups will be used and for

quantitative data, surveys and maintenance logs will be used. Both quantitative and qualitative data, will be analyzed by statistical method

and thematic method to identify patterns, themes, and insights.

The question were designed according to how data were collected, through the surveys $,$ interviews, focus groups. Braun, V$,$ & Clarke,

V$(2021)$is used for questionnaire construction and questionnaire items.

Qualitative data

In qualitative interviews open$-$ ended and follow up questions we used to encourage discussion

aligning it with the first objective.

to understand the criteria or metrics used to evaluate the documented tools and techniques, which is related to the second

objective.

$3)$ In your experience, which stage of the maintenance process is most critical for ensuring adherence to safety?This question is

designed to determine the stage in the maintenance process with the largest impact on safety adherence, addressing the third

objective.

$4)$ Can you identify any areas within the current processes that, if improved, would significantly enhance adherence to safety?This

question aims to uncover opportunities for process improvement with high impact on safety adherence, in line with forth objective.

$5)$ What strategies have found to be effective in increasing adherence to safety in industrial settings?This question seeks to gather

information on proven strategies that can be communicated to increase safety adherence, which relates to fifth objective.

effectiveness of current safety procedures can provide insights into areas that may need improvement.

$5)$ How accessible do you find the emergency exists and routes in case of an emergency?This question assesses the employees
