OBJECTIVES:
Create a marketing plan for a new business launching a new product - Micromobility Vehicle: an E-SCOOTER OR E-BIKE into the Vancouver market. This is a research-based project and your goal is to convince your investors and/or CEO that this is a viable project. The plan must apply the concepts covered in the course. The Term Project may not be submitted as an individual project. You will work in a team of 4-6 students depending on the final class size. Adjustment may be made by the instructor.

Team Formation (due MAY 23)
Group Contract and Topic Selection (20 MARKS, due MAY 30 on Brightspace)
Marketing Plan Part I Written Report (30 MARKS, due JUN 24 on Brightspace) AND Early Peer Evaluation:
Title page, Corporate Description, Current Marketing Situation, SWOT Analysis, Objectives, Appendix, Endnotes, and Professionalism
Marketing Plan Part II Written Report (30 MARKS, due JUL 05 on Brightspace):
Title Page, Target Market and Marketing Mix: Product, Pricing, and Distribution, Appendix, Endnotes, and Professionalism
Marketing Plan Part III - Entire Plan Written Report AND PPT file (50 MARKS, due JUL 28 on Brightspace):
Title Page, Executive Summary, Table of Content, Updated Part I and II, Promotion/IMC, Implementation Plan, Projections, Control, Conclusion, Appendix, Endnotes, and Professionalism. Please follow the sequence listed under Marketing Plan Structure.
Formal Team Presentation (50 MARKS, either JUL 30 OR AUG 01)
All members are expected to participate in the presentation. Any member No Show for the presentation will receive 0% for the presentation.
Final Peer Evaluation due on AUG 02
