Alternative Splicing - Northern Blot (15 points) The pre-mRNA shown below is spliced as indicated using the A-shaped line notation we introduced in class (Note: all isoforms contain the first and last exon). To detect the resulting isoforms, you perform a Northern Blot on the spliced mature mRNA with Probes 1 and 2.
