Write a C program to do the following tasks: 1) Create a text file eclips.txt which contains the information a and b of some eclipse where: a: length of the major axis b: length of the minor axis Area =ab Perimeter =2=2 square-root ((a2+b2)/2) Let the program reads a,b from the file eclipse.txt and computes ( 2 the Area and perimeter of the eclipse according to the formulas .above 3) Write a function compute_Area that receives a, b , computes and returns the Area of the eclipse. 4) Write a void function compute_Perimeter that receives a, b and computes the perimeter of the eclipse. 5) The program should print to another text file result.txt the Area and Perimeter of the eclipse
